Hi there. I'm Tiffany! I'm a designer, maker and garbage eliminator.   

 

I spread do-it-yourself recycling goodness and simple, zero-waste solutions.
I'm the head of the Industrial Design team at TerraCycle, a company that figures out solutions to hard-to-recycle waste. 

My latest labor of love is my Upcycled Chalet. Located in the Pocono Mountains, this eco-friendly vacation rental is a living gallery of circular design. From a kitchen island crafted from fruit crates to wine-bottle light fixtures and crushed glass countertops, every corner proves that sustainable living can be stunning. My upcycling career began with a Masters in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute where I developed my thesis Trash Nouveau - Reincarnating Garbage Into Usable Objects. Since then I've authored ReMake It! (Sterling Publishing), featuring nearly 100 DIY projects, and launched a line of recycling kits under the same name. Woo woo!
